I accept the commission agreement: I earn a percentage of the fees we actually collect on each deal from a client I referred, according to my tier. I start at the entry tier (20% during each client's first year, 10% for life after that) and move up a tier based on how many of my referred clients have funded at least one deal: 25%/15% at 3, and 30%/20% at 8. A tier change applies only to commissions credited from that moment onward and never changes what has already been credited. Commissions are paid monthly and only on fees collected: a month with no collected deals from my clients generates no commission. The commission comes out of Adelanto Directo's fees and does not change the price my client pays, and I must inform my client of this agreement. Attribution goes to the first verifiable contact. I am not a party to or a signatory of any factoring deal.
